Customs Documentation Executive

Solving the issues during the customs clearance process.
Preparing documents for clients’ shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).
Following up monthly, weekly master list.
Updating the shipment information in the system and master list.
Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers’ site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments).
Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
Coordinating with the customer and Customs & Transportation dept. to ensure that the shipments are cleared smoothly & timely.
Advising customers on the matters related to customs formalities.
Preparing required reports (internal & external).
Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.

- Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
- Customs Brokerage Certificate.
- At least 02 years experience in documentation of customs clearance at HCM ports & airport.
- Disciplinary mindset.
- Good communication with customers.
- Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
- Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
- Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
- College graduated or above.
