Customs Staff

Mục đích chức danh / Purpose:
To make balance customs book and actual inventory to reduce/avoid penalty from Post Customs Audit
Các nhiệm vụ chính / Key accountabilities:
Staff 1: Work in finished goods warehouse
- To update all information Finished goods gate in-out warehouse
- Follow up export Customs code and factory style to match export code
- Control left over garment & disposable garment
- Monthly monitoring stock balance
- Monitoring docs control of warehouse (input/delivery note + supporting docs) for all of transaction
Staff 2: Work in fabric warehouse
- To update quantity, name of fabric, width of fabric that warehouse receive
- To match import Customs code and with shipping docs which received from T2
- Record quantity of fabric warehouse export for Production base on export receipt
-Reconsil input from warehouse vs customs book (for import fabric in VNACCS)
- Follow up leftover fabric list with warehouse for dispose, report update
- Monitoring docs control of warehouse (input/delivery note + supporting docs) for all of transaction
Staff 3: Work in accessory warehouse
- To update quantity, Acc description that warehosue receive
- To match import Customs code and with shipping docs which received from T2
- Record quantity of Acc warehouse export for Production base on export receipt
-Reconsil input from warehouse vs customs book (for import fabric in VNACCS)
- Follow up leftover accessory list with warehouse for dispose, report update
- Monitoring docs control of warehouse (input/delivery note + supporting docs) for all of transaction
