- Controlling all operation in Da Nang Branch and bear responsibilities follow with Board of Director and General Director.
- Other rights and duties in accordance with the law, the Company&039;s Charter and decisions of the Member Council, General Director of the Company.
- Submit to the General Director of the Company to consider and approve the annual recruitment plan (number, vacancies, proposed salary, recruitment time) of the Branch.
- Periodically prepare and submit to the Director of the Company to approve the Business and Production Plan by Quarter, Year and long-term business and production plans for three (03) years of development orientation and business plan for 5 years and 10 years.
- Authorizing the Deputy Director of the Branch, Deputy Head / Deputy Heads of the departments to sign decisions, writing on behalf of the Director of the Transaction Branch when necessary.
- Submitting to the Director of the Company to approve the business investment plans, investment in fixed assets and procurement of CCDC; Financial plan for annual production and business activities of the Branch.
- Make decision all business development, marketing, PR activities at branch
- Develop and submit to the General Director of the Company to approve the internal management regulations, professional management regulations and professional regulations of the Company Branch within the competence of the Branch Director.
- Submitting to the General Director of the Company to appoint, dismiss, demote and decide the salary and welfare regime for the positions of Deputy Director, School of Professional Departments and other managerial positions of the Branch.
- Periodically report to the Company&039;s General Director the business results of the Branch by week / month / quarter.
- Develop and propose plans for the personnel structure of the Branch to submit to the General Director of Public TV for approval.
- Organize the recruitment of personnel and decide the recruitment of the Branch after being approved by the Director of the Company.
- Organizing the implementation of Resolutions, Decisions and instructions of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the Company for the activities of the Branch.

- Report directly to the branch manager and HO in Hanoi (Currently the director of Da Nang branch is working part-time so the position of Deputy Director is recruited to create source personnel and orientate to the position Director of Da Nang branch
- Subordinates report directly:
- Store block: 3 Supervisor
- Office: Head of Financial Accounting & Logistics Division; Business Plan Manager (in charge of Human Resources, Administration, Business Plan, Merchandise, Legal ...)
- The main responsibility of this position:
- Operating branches and 02 stores of Jalux Taseco at Da Nang International Airport
- Note: Currently Da Nang Branch is accounting depending on its head office in Hanoi; Current issues of goods (merchandiser) are being undertaken by Hanoi and working with labels, Da Nang has a duty to go to the market, understand the situation in order to coordinate with Hanoi on the number of bookings line
- Responsible for P&L of the branch and get sales target set for 02 stores
