Daily Foods Procurement Executive

- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
- Work closely with Ops & QC to follow daily order & delivery schedule for all products to stores on time & quality compliance.
- Working on the payment process to make sure no delay vs. timeline/deadline.
- Proactively identify issues with day-to-day ordering processes and resolve and/or communicate the issues to management in a timely manner, as needed.
- Monthly items inventory checks & Ordering & ensure products are delivered in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions.
- Proactive identify procurement activities potentially impacting the project&039;s ability to perform its duties and advise the necessary stakeholders.

*Education:
-University graduate.
-Ability English communication (both speaking and writing).
*Experience:
-Experience on supply chain and logistics concepts.
*Work related skills:
-Working under pressure.
-Dealing and organizing.
-Acknowlege in SC market / people / contracts / document to import/export.
-Work independently and self-motivated and high integrity.
*Soft skills:
-Communication, flexible (dealing with suppliers).
-Listening and Understanding.
-Finding solution / solve the problem follow the direction.
-Presentation.
