Job DescriptionSeeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst who will work in BI team and provides business team with data support to achieve business goals.

Working with business partners (Purchaser/CATM/Seller Center) from multiple project areas and identify their BI needs (e.g., demand planning, inventory management, pricing, …)
Define analytical approach of the incoming requests, which includes translating complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements, derive business insights from analysis and make recommendations.
Manage request intake independently and set right priorities based on the priorities of the entire organization.
Create and automate business reports (daily/weekly/monthly) providing accurate and reliable data based on enterprise or individual business team standard.

Requirements

Creating and automating business metrics reports using SQL, Excel, and MS Power Platform.
Innovating mechanisms to improve operational efficiency in BI team.
Achieving a data-driven self-service organization.
Building metrics that are relevant to the focus of programs.
Pulling complex data from large scale database.
Having strong interest in exploring, analyzing the past and predicting, forecasting the future.
Diving deep into data to generate insights to fix business issues and find opportunities for growth.
