What you get to do in this role:

• Be a subject matter expert in analyze and present data that yields important insights into customers behaviors and use patterns
• Develop both dashboards and exploratory reports, using multiple tools (BI Tools or internal report system)
• Work with both developers and business stake holders from diverse teams to understand business needs and determine optimal solutions while constantly evaluating the risks & dependencies
• Ability to write challenging SQL queries that operate efficiently
• Create processes to quickly test the accuracy of the generated datasets & reports
• Communicate regularly and directly with stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Develop business requirements documentation, process workflow diagrams, functional specifications, user acceptance test scripts and other supporting documentation for BI initiatives

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• 1-3 years of prior experience in a Reporting/BI/Data Analyst role
• Excellent SQL skills, with strong experience in building sophisticated SQL queries
• Solid understanding of business process management best practices & business intelligence concepts
• Ability to dive into technical details and design analytics solutions to meet business needs
• Creative at providing the most appropriate visual representations
• Strong understanding of data flow and system integrations
• Experience with (one or more) BI/reporting tools and data storage platforms
• Prior experience handling multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills
