Data Intelligence Analyst

- Accountable for accuracy data management in SAP system with the end goal of increasing the efficiency and productivity
- Accountable for analyzing COE cost of Manufacturing, Warehouse, QA, Distribution, Engineering…to identify the opportunities and propose for improvement plan by using operational excellent expertise of supply chain (business intelligence)
- Accountable for developing and maintaining new SOP regarding to data analysis/delivery to operations management for improvement
- Initiate, maintain and analyze COE cost and share the insight analysis to the management team for proper operational decision to achieve cost saving and productivity target.
- Develop and maintain the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for the collection and analysis of data for improvement
- Other tasked are assigned by Direct Line Manager.
Work at: HCM City

- University/ Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 03 working years of experience with business intelligence or data analysis
- In-dept knowledge about SAP system
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Advance…..)
- Excellent interpersonal skill and solid communication with all levels of management
- Effective written and verbal communication skill
- Strong analytical skill and data-driven mindset with problem solving aptitude
- Influencing skill
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Detail oriented.
