We are looking for a Data Product Manager who can help Tiki build powerful data-driven tools for sellers to enhance advertising performance. Tiki has a variety of advertising tools, and you would be at the center of their technical strategy, design, and execution. As a result, you would help sellers to grow their business by applying personalized recommendations on how to create and optimize their targeted advertising campaigns. If you have experience with data, personalization algorithms and want to work on high-impact products in the fast-growing e-commerce environment, this is the right position for you.
Responsibilities:
Analyze advertising data, extract insights and formulate the problem statement
Together with business and product managers set up and test hypotheses, design new strategies and algorithms
Incorporate feedback from our sellers and vendor partners into the product concept and design
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to improve the efficiency and agility of machine learning, computational, and data processing pipelines
Own the advertising recommendation product providing to sellers valuable information on how to promote their product in Tiki using the available Advertising tools
Develop models that enhance personalization for recommendations, AB-test the impact of your product on consumer behavior ensuring the right user experience
Build optimization algorithms that drive the success of seller campaigns as well as Tiki internal goals
Requirements:
Experience ideally within AdTech businesses, but experience in other types of businesses with complex process automation, transaction processing, and fulfillment operations are also relevant (E.g. eCommerce, Distribution, Retail, Logistics)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
2+ years product management experience
Strong data analysis skills, Intermediate understanding of SQL/ Python and other data mining languages is a plus
Applied experience and/or education in AI and Machine Learning
