Database Administrator

We are looking for a DBA to build and implement booking system. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

Proactively monitor server and database process health to ensure availability and performance.
Provide database performance tuning.
Ensure respect of best practices
Realize daily and weekly activity reporting
Code unit tests and ensure required corrective actions implementation
Validate and maintain data security.
Participate to common daily meeting with teams
Design technical specifications and DB diagram
Contribute to analyze and develop new database scripts, functions, stored procedures to support application development

Technical Skills
Mandatory:

Transac-SQL development (SP, trigger, functions) with SQL server 2012 to 2017
Experience on fine tuning and query optimization of T-SQL language using indexes, temp and/or variable tables, execution plans, system dynamic management views, …
Operate many database clusters.
Good in dead lock and blocking troubleshooting
Provide database performance tuning.
Strong in backup, recovery, HA and DR plan
Deep understanding of database architecture and data modeling
Proactively monitor server and database process health to ensure availability and performance.
Partition table, Indexing, In Memory table, Fulltext search ….
Be able config Always On, Replication, Mirror, Failover, Load balancing
Validate and maintain data security.

Optionally:

Knowledge in MongoDB , PostgreSQL, MySQL, Pentaho is a plus
Data Warehouse, Lucene index is a plus
Recommendation System is a plus

Professional Background

More than 3 years of experience in database development and administration
