Database Operation

Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer;
Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements;
Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project Management (in project scope).
Manage system status, system performance;
System configuration: Update the change of system parameters demand business changes;
Clone Production environment for Test, and Training environments;
Manage integration between eBanking/ Digital Banking systems and other systems;
Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures;
Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required;
Corporate with vendor for development (get requirement, test, fix the complex errors);
Recover system in disaster cases, update patches;
Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in Application related duties;
Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank;
Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application;

Experience in operation, administration with Linux, UNIX Systems, AIX;
Knowledge about test Soap UI
Experience of Java J2EE development, OSGi Framework, Maven, Hibernate;
Experience in installation, configuration, deployment, administration the applications and systems like Oracle, MySQL,Web Server;
The support, solve many problem relation the quality of customer service
Experience in deployment, configuration with webservice;
Management work, plan good
Knowledge about System Monitor tool use SMS & Email & Weblink.
Knowledge about ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001.
Experience in SQL, MySQL, database skills, JAVA, JSP, installation, configuration, deployment, administration IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat;
Have strong sense of responsibility.
Knowledge about Programming JAVA, J2EE, JSP, HTML, PHP, Shell
Good writer report, good presentation solution, good tranning guide use and follow rules good.
Knowledge about tools create schedule, make plan.
Knowledge about DB2, DBLink, Jobschedule, Oracle gateway, Crontab Schedule.
Experience in the Banking systems, Banking business, Payment Gateway, Service Gateway, Core Banking, Authentication Systems like RSA,OTP;
Knowledge about Message VCBMoney, Core Message, SIBS Message.
