Dealer Sales Senior Staff

• Sales Management:
Dealer target: weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales tracking to deliver sales target
Sales turnover (revenue) , stock and AR management
JBP: working closely with dealer to develop JBP activities by monthly/quarterly
Competitor’s information
• Sales forecast:
Analyze the sales data (sales progress; sales mix ratio; sales trend)
Analyze the GSCM data (trend of AP1; RTF in the system)
• Marketing coordination:
Work closely with Brand/trade team to provide inputs into marketing activities and execution at stores.
Manage the implementation of marketing initiatives & programs including trade & consumer sales promotions
• Regarding marketing planning, sales group (marketing is obligated to give basic idea of program to sales group
• Store display:
Acquisition of premium location store and/or corner in store (negotiation)
Continuous evaluation with competitor ‘s display
Consistence throughout stores
Theme focused in store display

• Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Business Administration or related field.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge & skills: fluent English both oral and written.
• Strategic planning skill
• At least 2 years’ experience in Sales
• Can work well under stress.
• Good communication skill and team work spirit.
• Ability in coaching and inspiring the team
• Good cross functional coordination
