Debt Collection Analist Supervisor

Support Call Center Operation team in control, report & management.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly report; develop company’s policy to partner/customer to ensure company’s benefit.
Collect market needs and make sales promotion to push sales.
Analyzing market, weak point & strong point of competitors to work out solution for better sales.
Call Center Planning: build target, update result and suggest solution to increase sales via Call Center operation (online sales).
Follow up plan & other tasks assigned by higher manager.
Build up plan to approach the market, support to build strategy.
Keep relation and negotiate with Areas and Partners to keep stable sales operation.

Age: above 25.
Good at computer skill, Fair at English skill.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor/ Leader/Manager in Finance or Sales.
Understand market of hire-purchase market.
High responsibility, manager oriented.
Ability to work independently, under pressure & challenge.
Gender: Male/ Female.
