Demand And Supply Planning Executive

* Demand Planning
- Analyze historical sale in order to classify demand and build up safety stock and re-order point at SKU level to ensure the smooth execution of the planning process in order to guarantee the availability of the product while optimizing fill rate and inventory turn.
- Participate to the improvement of the sale forecast practice.
- Ensure sale forecast at SKU levels of aggregation for sale forecast & demand planning consistency, through the building of a consensus between sale forecasts, sale history and the financial trend
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect update sales and marketing activities assumptions
* Supply Planning
- Build up replenishment policy for each SKU to make decision when to order and how much to order through the evaluation of shortage risk.
- Evaluate supply performance of Vendor to switch lead time and service level accordingly
* Dispatch Planning
- Optimize transportation cost
- Manage stock allocation in case of insufficient supply from Vendor
- Manage stock reserved for key customers.
- Ensure correct stock allocation
- Monthly update optimal Min-Max stock level for all consignment and sub WH as a basis for daily replenishment.
- Manage all Consignment &Sub Warehouses
- Ensure optimal stock levels.
* Others
- Participate S&OP meeting
- Follow the KPI: Inventory turn, Fill rate, Demand Planning Accuracy, Aging/Expiry Stock
- Participate to best practice improvement

- At least 2 years similar working experience
- Personality: honest, trust worthy, respectful, integrity
- Profession in MS Office, and Excel in particular is excellent
- Effective communication skills
- University graduate in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management field
- Excellent problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and responsibility to follow through
