Demand Planner

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related
• Solid experiences with at least 3 years in demand or supply planning.
• Proficiency with forecasting and MRP tools.
• High level of computer proficiency required. (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented
• Know the statistical methods and algorithms involved in forecasting
• High degree of commitment, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, facilitate meetings and influence others.
• Ability to work well under pressure, while recognizing and addressing systemic issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem, solving and decision making skills.
• Self-motivated, results driven individual with a proven track record of process implementation.
