Deputy Director Of Division Cum Head Of Security Department

- Assess, monitor, alert and coordinate to mitigate information risk of security issues
- Assist the Director in the Information Technology Division to ensure the fulfillment of the assigned plan in accordance with IVB&039;s strategy in each period.
- Defend the business by building and implementing security processes and procedures using recognized standards (ISO, NIST, etc.) in order to proactively protect and respond to risk.
- Directly implement or request related Units to suspend the provision of IT services to handle and resolve violation of principles of management and exploitation of IT resources
- Guide and organize the training plan to coach and improve professional skill of employees
- Manage and operate security devices and systems
- Implement inspection and supervision of compliance and training of policies, procedures and regulations
- Promoting responsible behavior by improving a “security awareness culture” throughout the company to ensure all staff are protecting against possible security threats.
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
- Directly handle and coordinate resolving issues related to security incidents in the bank
- Drive execution of the security and risk roadmap, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems.
- Prepare plan to implement and develop the operation of Security Department according to IVB’s regulations and procedures in each period.
- Manage and assess security risks for IT systems
- Direct manage Security Department in the Division as assigned by the Director.
- Act as the subject matter expert for security to clients, customers, partners, competitors, auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.

- Ability of training and coaching
- Male/Female with Bachelor Degree from regular university, major in Information Technology
- Good at skills of leadership, presentation, negotiation, problem solving & decision making
- Thoroughly understand in Security of Information Technology, especially in banking industry
- English: Toeic from 700 scores upwards, fluent in English is preferred
- Experience: At least 3 years working experiences in Security as management role
- Good at skills of leadership, problem solving and decision making
