Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Leadership Board on the Center&039;s operations, opportunities, and challenges. Submit written reports weekly, conduct direct biweekly reports, and provide ad hoc reports for urgent matters or upon the Leadership Board&039;s request.
Project management and implementation: Develop plans and monitor projects to ensure they meet the committed progress and quality standards for customers and partners.
Manage and develop the Center&039;s operations: Ensure that business activities, product development, implementation, and operations are conducted effectively in alignment with the long- term and short- term objectives approved by the Company&039;s Leadership Board.
Develop strategies: Formulate service and product strategies for the Center that align with its capabilities and target customer groups, and present them to the Leadership Board for approval.
Personnel management: Develop streamlined and effective personnel plans for the Center at each stage; coordinate recruitment, training, task allocation, evaluation, and personnel management.
Financial planning: Create financial operation plans for the Center and financial plans for each project; consult with the Finance- Accounting Department and present them to the Leadership Board for approval.
Promote, maintain, and expand customers and partners: Based on the Center&039;s service and product strategy and the customer leads promoted by the Company&039;s Leadership Board, the Deputy Director is responsible for advancing detailed work, maintaining and expanding suitable operations, and building alliances with partners for each service and customer segment.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills and building strong relationships with state agencies and clients.
At least 6 years of experience in the field of information technology or technology project management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coordinate project teams effectively.
Previous experience working on government sector projects or a deep understanding of workflows and processes in collaboration with state agencies.
In- depth knowledge of project financial management and legal aspects related to bidding and contracts.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in decision- making and problem- solving.
Proven experience in managing teams of 30 or more members and leading large- scale projects valued at over 20 billion VND.
