Deputy General Director - Real EstateHeadhunt jobs

We are supporting our client, an FDI company, to look for a Deputy General Director
Report to General Director and BOD
Assist General Director in managing and overseeing daily operations of organization, including but not limited to:
• Contribute to the development of Company strategic plans and decisions by the General Director and set department’s goals, objectives and develop plans with department heads.
• Prepare monthly reports to shareholders or authorities as required.
• Monitor the departments’ targets and goals
Lead and control the Technical and Construction, Customer Service department.
• Leading implementation of critical and imperative changes, and strategic initiatives, across the project team achieving high levels of completion.
• Connect and liaise with authorities of different level including ministries
• Ensure project team, consultants, contractors comply with law, regulations, safety standard

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in dealing with government authorities of different level
• Strong analytical skills and leaderships qualities
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at the same level in Real Estate.
• Possess good knowledge and understanding on law and regulations of land and construction
• Additional degree or professional certifications will be added advantage
• Good command of English
• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering or Bridge & Road Engineering or/and Project Management.
• Have experience in Project Management of construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple departments and teams
