Deputy Manager (Land Management Department)

Co-ordinate with Contractor, Sub-contractor and other divisions of the Company in works related with land clearance
Do other tasks as required.
Keep track of the Project land clearance work of Land fund development centre of district and related State authorities timely, fully report to Director for handling.
Estimate land compensation expenses
Get involved in executing the land clearance work of project: Site investigation, the land clearance dossier, land origin confirmation, payment, and land hand over, the tomb removal and the other related work.
Organize, set up the land clearance plan, and carry out activities to accelerate land clearance progress of project to obtain the plan. Control the work progress and land clearance dossier.
Consult the Director about the strategy in land clearance and work solution.
Handle the site work related to the local land owners and land protection.
Keep updates all regulations and laws related to land clearance policies & land clearance procedures
Arrange meeting between Company and authorities when required. Establish & maintain good relationship between Company and related authorities in land clearance

- Good knowledge in English
- Have experience in working for Project (over 5 years is preferred).
- Bachelor Decree (Candidates who has experience in law, land management, environment and resources, etc. are preferred).
