Design Management Manager

* Research & Report
- Collaborate with other stakeholders in design management.
- Respond to issues in design accurately, completely, and on a timely basis.
- Research, analyze, propose design solutions and organize the implementation of the design.
- Prepare consolidated documents, design reports for related meetings.
- Collect and manage information, data, documents, and design requirements.
- Detail plan establishing and monitoring, evaluation, reporting on design implementation progress.
* Timeline & Quality Control
- Establish and monitor the detailed plan, and evaluation, reporting on design implementation progress.
- Review the design documents, deliverables and lead to complete accordance with design requirements.
- Work closely with the departments (BU) and Project Owner’s teams, stakeholders to develop project designs from conceptualization to construction.
- Propose and implement appropriate methods to solve any issues related to the design of the projects from design brief, concept design to technical documentation for submissions and tender, construction.
- Prepares routine and ad-hoc schedules, statements, reports, and analytics.
* Compliance Control
- Ensures compliance to all standard operating procedures on project management and design management.
- Ensure projects are developed in accordance with local building codes and regulations, as well as design standards applicable to projects.
- Protects Company policies and compliance standards.
* Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors to catch up and solve the incurring issues.
- Coordinate with other units on design matters to ensure the design input/output comply with appropriate regulations, standards, project legal criteria, and commercial development intents.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor of Architecture / Civil Construction / Project Management.
- Knowledge of all phases of the real estate development process including construction design, development management.
- At least 08 years of management experience in the field of construction design in developers or consultants.
- At least 05 years of experience at an equivalent position in a company of the same size.
- Fluently in English
- Knowledgeable about the law on construction, construction codes/standards, design procedures, preparations, submissions for approvals.
- Priority for a degree in fields related to Real Estate / Project Management
