Design Staff

- Make Hand-over, Inspection document after project finished.
- Coordinate with Project Team and Office Team about technical and specification of goods or material available on market and general;
- Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.
- Negotiate terms for major purchases within established limits of authority;
- Plan, estimates cost, and schedules for Project/ Office needs into existing purchasing activities;
- Daily, weekly report to B.O.D
- Work with Supplier/ Sub - Contractor to make purchase order, delivery follow up the project schedule until finished.
- Meeting and getting request from customer, then make Quotation, sales contract and related document based on the drawing from design section.
- Make communication with related department (Design, Quantity Survey, Quality Control, Site Supervisor) to follow project

- Minimum 01 years as Business Administration/ Project Management/ Purchasing Officer/ Sale Admins or proof of sufficient skills.
