Designer - Lab Engineer (Labview Experience)

JOB SUMMARY

The candidate is responsible for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross function teams to ensure all facilities infrastructure testing follows test matrix/plan and work instruction.
The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable, and smoothly operation. Ideally with above 3 years’ related experience, good knowledge, and management experience in setup, maintenance & troubleshooting machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiar with LABVIEW, SOLIDWORK, CAD, PLC design fixture, automatic machine


• Local development fixture, tool to maximize effectiveness to meet timeline.


• Ensure reliability test setup in test Tab. according to standard/requirement.


• Work together with crossed functional teams to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipment

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical)


• 3~5 years experience of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical modules (SOLIDWORKS, PLC, CAD, LabVIEW).


• Experience of troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical modules (PLC, CAD, SOLIDWORKS).


• Good at LABVIEW, SOLIDWORK, CAD, PLC or design tool, fixture.


• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities and has a strong commitment to project deadlines.
