Ensure the information flow in both development and transferring process in internal and with customer (NLO, WHQ).
Ensure shoes sample development, making and shipping on time and in the highest and most efficient speed.
Ensure the excellent quality of shoes sample, development and transferring process including all factors such as material, BOM, PFC, pattern, bottom,…
Tasks - Nhiệm vụ
Communicate with NLO/WHQ to get pattern confirmation.
Work with category TE team and CDC to ensure the quality and schedule of mold opening and sample bottom manufacturing. Once there are any issues/concern/change about sample bottom/mold, PM work with category TE team to check and solve the problems.
Create excel BOM and issue to Sample room for Pattern Trial (ITP/DR only).
Make sure all the patterns, PFC and CFM BOM are sent to IE team after pattern trial. Once the pattern is revised, ensure PE team provide the new pattern to IE and costing.
Cooperate with category material team to follow up material ETA according to internal development timeline. If there is any potential delay with material arriving (material quality, new material confirmation,…), work with WHQ and material team to find out and executivethe solutions as soon as possible.
When get the transferring information, coordinate with team to arange the timeline for CCTR, Colorswatch, Tech Package, BOM, materials and also work with related departments including PE, TE, CE, CDC, Mold shop, Scheduling, Planning to ensure transferring effectiveness.
Cooperate with Costing team to check and confirm MBOM and Digao; review CBD.
Communicatie with NLO/WHQ to get bottom and mold opening confirmation.
Based on Game Plan, build sample schedule, break-out to each season and work with each department to exceed product expectations at each gates in order to meet the quality and target on time.
Once getting new material, provide information to DCC to create material code; ensure to get Material MCS for new materials before RFC stage.
Cooperate with sample room to check and confirm the tracking process and confirm CFM shoes.
Provide project file after every stage of development; provide weekly project development tracking reports (for both internal and Nike); provide bi-weekly reports. Provide reports and meeting recaps for any problems/ issues in both development and mass production processes.
Review Nike BOM; work with NLO/WHQ and related departments in order to ensure providing correct BOM creation request to BOM team. Confirm BOM in system after receiving BOM from DCC.
Work with category PE team to have pattern confirmed. Once there are any issues/concern/change about sample upper, PM work with category PE team to check and solve the problems.
Provide material lists to material team for purchasing within 2 days after receiving Nike BOM.
Work with category material team to make sure C/S book is updated especially if any new material; inform WHQ with color improved L/T.
