Development Engineer, Hardware Evaluation (New Department, Overseas Training)

• Issue technical drawings and related documents to complete BOM (products parts list)
• Determine the specification of Electronic parts (PCB, Capacitors, IC etc.) and Electric parts (Motor, Remote controller, Wire harness, etc.) that used in production line.
• Pursue whole process from parts/material evaluation to products mass production without delay
• Prepare and maintain parts and parts list for after sales service
• Develop new parts/material from the market to improve products specification and perform cost reduction

• Skills: CAD design (3D, 2D, Piping / Metal sheet) and products/parts/material testing include reliability Design simulator (vibration etc.), Value Analysis and FTA, FMEA
• Experience: 2 years of R&D or Development Engineer in fields of electric home appliances, automotive, electronic or machinery devices/parts, industrial machineries
• Hard working, team work
• Language: English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent); Japanese is a plus (not required)
• MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor degree; major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Material and related field for air-conditioner
