Development Production Leader (Footwear)

LOCATION: The new team member will be based in Ho Chi Minh City but he/she will travel very often to Cambodia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As a Footwear Development Leader on Soccer shoes, you are responsible for the product development (high & middle range) with product engineer & technical support teams, to ensure its function / quality / right cost / time to market.
• Functionally, you manage development projects, to give more value to our products & accelerate product time to market.

• Ideally, you have a first successful experience in shoe industrial (design, in production & or shoe development), preferably on a profession of Product Engineer, Industrial Production Leader. You are ready to continue to invest sustainable on the shoe. You potentially have some network & understanding in component & process.
• You are passionate about technology, and convinced by the need to put our target users at the heart of product development. You are curious, you like to explore and test new concepts.
• You want to contribute to the construction of the project Soccer and Decathlon of tomorrow, without limiting yourself to the outlines of your business.
• You are sensitive ready to move the lines.
• You are passionate about soccer; you like to surpass yourself in the practice of your sport passion.
• You are imperatively a lover of the shoe in general.
• Open and committed, you know how to federate and mobilize energies (means and skills) to reach ambitious goals. You like to work in teams on complex projects and with many actors (Designers, product manager, PL, IET, ICT, supplier, buyer ...)
