As a Digital Assistant Manager, he/she will be responsible to collaborate with Brand & E-Commerce teams to turn Digital Transformation strategy into Excellent Executions, Optimizations, Building Digital Capabilities & Delivery of best-in-class Digital Experiences across consumers’ touchpoints as Social media, Paid media, E-Commerce & Brand.com of Marico SEA
PAID MEDIA: Excellent Executions to drive Effectiveness & Efficiency
• Innovation & Partnership: Explore potential initiatives, innovations, partnerships & data-driven solutions to deliver brands’ short-term goals & long-term ambition to be Leading Digital brands
• E-Commerce: Ensure delivery of media traffics & strong connection of brand media assets to E-Com. Maximize ROAS & apply content best practices to drive conversions.
• Integrated Media: Work with Media partners to update frequently on the Market landscape, competitors & best practices.
• Reporting: Set clear media KPIs & guidelines to monitor campaign performance. Be the key contact point to support Brand teams in analyzing data & pulling insights from media reports.
• Strategy: Support Media Lead to build up Integrated Media strategies across brands & categories
• Optimization & Data: Proactively monitor and propose solutions to optimize & achieve KPIs across channels
DIGITAL QUOTIENT (DQ) FRAMEWORK
• Tracking Tools: Deeply understand tracking methods across Paid/Owned/Earned with tracking tools as Ads Manager Dashboard, Effective Spending Tracker, Social Listening, Website Analytics, E-Commerce Brand Portal & Marico Data Center (if any)
• Execution: Ensure high-quality & consistent performance of Digital touchpoints (E-Commerce, paid Media, social media, brand.com) based on country AOP
• Measurement: Continuously monitor and learn best practices to propose adjustments (if any) for better data accuracy, tracking tools & reports
• Reporting: Be the go-to person to understand Quarterly & Monthly Reports, support brand & e-commerce teams understand DQ framework, metrics, and practical actions to improve performance accordingly
DIGITAL CAPABILITIES
• Training: In collaboration with Media agencies & global team to host training sessions on digital media & build case studies from actual campaigns’ learnings
• Partnership: Explore partnerships with digital publishers (Facebook/Google/TikTok), content house/creators, and media partners
• Knowledge: Be a champion in updating the latest digital knowledge. Proactively propose relevant plan to strengthen brand’s performance in Digital
DIGITAL PROJECTS & OTHERS
• Administration: Following internal financial/ legal/ accounting/ IT process to ensure proper media planning, documents submission for approval, releasing Payment order & proceeding Payment for all digital & media vendors.
• Initiatives / NPD launches: In collaboration with brand teams to define opportunities on Digital, target consumers portrait and understanding through Digital data
• Always-on Social Strategy: Supervise Social agency performance from Content creation, Traffic Management, Alignment with brand’s owners to ensure always-on executions
