The Canadian International School System (CISS-VN) operates four programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS-VN) consists of:
The Albert Einstein School (AES) delivers the Vietnamese National Curriculum, Grades 1 – 12 and the Ed Excel English Program.
The Canadian International School (CIS) delivers the Ontario Curriculum Kindergarten to Grade 12 entirely in English. After Grade 10, students are eligible to apply to the IBDP Programme Years 1 and 2, Grades 11 and 12.
The Bilingual Canadian International School (BCIS) delivers the Vietnamese National Curriculum, Grades 1 – 12 and instruction in English language oral and written fluency according to the Ontario Ministry of Education documents for Language Arts and English Language Learners.
The Canada-Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK) delivers programs for children ages 18 months to 5 years old.
Job Description:
- Accountable for all content marketing initiatives for corporate website & social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
- Cultivate and leverage network with digital/social influencers
- Research and acquire innovative new channels in creating leads
- Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
- Create and maintain the omnichannel platform to nurture the funnel for better performance in sales.
- Manage the company’s CMS, coordinate with designer and developers in the process of developing and maintaining the corporate’s website.
- Manage customer inquiries on school website / school official social media channels
- Develop content, style & layout for website content as well as other marketing & communications materials;
- Coordinate with agency to plan & execute SEO & SEM campaign for corporate website of different versions.
- Keep track of & analyse web performance; propose & implement changes if required.

- Logically thinking, creative, able to create ideas and launch innovative marketing campaigns on modern communication channels.
- High teamwork spirit & responsibility.
- At least 3 years’ experience with the same position. Familiar with education environment is an advance.
- Ability to take photos, videos and other design software, video editing is an advantage.
- Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s degree in journalism/media/marketing or related majors;
- Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
