RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Support creating to execute rolling digital marketing plans for social platforms, including content selection, caption writing, and scheduled posting by following brand guidelines.
● Help develop Migo’s presence on social platforms and grow the community on Migo’s site.
● Report on weekly and monthly progress, track the success of campaigns, optimize content and support promoting Migo’s partners via social media.
● Execute online contests and giveaways by liaising with brands and Migo’s business partners.
● Actively engage with Migo’s community by reacting and commenting, sharing content within groups, and responding to messages on other social platforms.

SKILLS:
● Strong writing and content creation skills, including a sharp eye for images and design, knowledge of what makes engaging content, and ability to select images and copy that is on-brand.
● Be flexible and understanding of startup environment
● Professional, proactive and creative; able to communicate and collaborate well in a team, extremely detail-oriented and organized
● Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related discipline
● Firsthand knowledge of Vietnam and its travel destinations is a plus
● English and Vietnamese fluency
● Experience in designing online graphics is a plus but not required
● In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape and technical side of social media platforms, especially Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
● 1+ year experience working in a social media role (ideally in the travel industry) with successful track record of growing audiences
