Digital Marketing Executive

Media Responsibilities
• Create various content types (storyboard for videos, tagline, articles, CTA, etc)
• Assist video editor, designer with the design of promotional materials: poster, video, standee, banner for event, advertising campaign on Facebook, Website
• Keep up to date with current trends and education- related topics
• Write lyrics based on the lesson aims in the English textbook and work closely with musician to compose music
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
• Support in analyzing competitors and frequently update the competitive landscape in order to help company keep up a stable and good speed against competitors.
• Write, proofread and update content for company fan page, Zalo AO, website, email marketing, SMS branding
• Coordinate with the digital product team (mobile app) to release new products including user journey research, competitor research, target audience research.
Event Responsibilities
• Manage external suppliers and contractors as appropriate to manufacture publicities of company and control logistic for HO, company&039;s branch
• In charge of coming up idea of the design of promotional materials (banner, backdrop, side board, etc.) following company&039;s brand guideline template
• Report directly to IT Manager.
• Plan offline and online event&039;s theme (key goals, concept, activities, key message...) with academic department
• Evaluate event&039;s success and submit reports/lesson plan
• To take the lead in the co-ordination and administration of each event before and on the day, including guest lists, invitation, seating plans, mc script, master plan, budget files, internal checklist, schedule plan, venue, cash liquidation

• Have experience in booking KOLs, following & contact KOL to get posts back for the marketing team
• Experience of photography and creating, editing images with Canva
• Have solid photography skills and skill in using camera
• Bachelor Degree, Toeic 500+
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Event Organizing
• Leadership: set goals, problem solving and decision making, support teammate to be successful
