Digital Marketing Executive/ Nhân Viên Tiếp Thị Truyền Thông

· Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitters, LinkedIn, etc.
· Researching and analyzing competitors and competitor activity, identifying new opponents.
· Works with graphic designers (i.e., identify and secure required photos and illustrations) in preparing artwork for the assigned marketing projects.
· Maintain all digital assess, including photo/image libraries and videos.
· Follows marketing communications guidelines as established by the Accorhotels and Pullman Hotels.
· Maintain, build close relationships and follow up schedule with local and international bloggers.
· Coordination of hotel advertising, barter deals and sponsorships.
· Identify current lifestyle trends and proposes new ideas, concepts to draw audience attention in target markets to promote the hotel’s products, service, facilities and promotions focusing on F&B, wedding, Groups/Meetings business.
· Handle the hotel’s photoshoots
· Work with marketing executive to develop hotel minisite performance.
· Take part in conversations and answer comments via social media platforms to ensure guests receive prompt response & feedbacks.
· Develop and maintain active contact with local, regional and national press that will benefit resort.
· Ensure all marketing content produced is up to date, brand compliant and consistent across all online channels.

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field
Relevant experience in Hospitality is preferable.
· Proficient in speaking and writing skills both Vietnamese and English.
· Expertise in all social media platforms
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
· Creative, Problem solving, detail-oriented, teamwork and organizational skills
· Good understanding of hospitality.
· Minimum of 1 years marketing and communications experience
· Ability to work to a tight schedule and deadline
