As a Digital Marketer for Anfin, you will play a crucial role in driving the brokerage&039;s online marketing efforts, increasing brand awareness, and attracting potential investors. Your strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and knowledge of the stock brokerage industry will contribute to the overall success of the organization

Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors&039; strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging digital marketing trends relevant to the stock brokerage industry.
Online Advertising Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks, to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data- driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior. Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brokerage&039;s business objectives and target audience.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to enhance website usability, user experience, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests, implement website optimizations, and collaborate with the web development team to improve landing pages and the overall conversion funnel.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and foster community engagement. Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, monitor conversations, and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and optimize content to improve organic search rankings. Implement on- page and off- page SEO techniques, monitor website traffic and keyword rankings, and make strategic recommendations to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the finance, stock brokerage, or investment industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Familiarity with stock market concepts, investment products, and financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
