Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a Digital Operations Intern to join our team and assist in the management and execution of digital marketing projects for our clients in the hospitality and travel industry. In this role, you will be exposed to various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, paid ads, account management, and administrative work.
Responsibilities

Conduct research and analyze competitor marketing and digital content to suggest new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content where applicable
Support the team in building performance reports
Support the team in social media management by creating content calendars, developing social and video content, overseeing implementation, and assisting community management on client projects
Design and create marketing collaterals such as social media assets, Instagram stories, online marketing banners, etc. using Canva tools
Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the team lead

Account management and client servicing
Social media management and content creation

Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
Attention to detail and willingness to learn and go beyond the basic requirements
A commitment to work full- time for a minimum of 4 months
Interest in digital marketing and the hospitality/travel industry
A sense of responsibility and ownership in ensuring work is completed promptly and deadlines are always met
A proactive attitude towards supporting strong teamwork and individual tasks
