Digital Marketing Leader (Branding+Free Traffic)

In addition to living our purpose, Marketing Leader are expected to:
- Analyze and build free traffic channels to boost revenue, including:
- Analyze customer journey and customer touch points to increase revenue
- Analyze customers’ behavior and purchase frequency to promote email marketing campaigns
- Find and make a plan to build up other marketing channels to get free traffic (e.g: group, fanpage, blog, etc)
- Optimize email marketing campaigns
- Create email marketing plans to increase customer engagement and inform promotion programs or sales.
Increase retention rate through:
- Suggest sale strategies and promotion programs
- Build brand trust
- Carry out communication campaigns on websites, emails, etc.
- Do market research and analyze key competitors’ strategies to promote effective marketing campaigns

- Deep understanding of how to analyze customer behavior and customer touch points
- Have a preference in strategic planning
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking)
- Enthusiastic with E-commerce and Marketing
- Skills: Data Analysis, Self-learning, Teamwork, Leadership
- Open for learning and updating new knowledge
- At least 2 years experience in Marketing, Branding (experience in E-commerce and the US market is a plus)
