Digital Marketing Manager

- Increase brand awareness and conversion through outreach, pitches, and PR strategies
- Identify and execute new marketing channels from which to create demand and generate leads for the Business Development Department.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends
- Support the R&D activities, set-up and promote new services
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by conducting market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
- Build up MKT materials for sales activities: case studies/demos for sample projects and existing services; prepare bidding documents
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relation programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other local media platforms Experience with Web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
- SEO & SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across search engines
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral in English & Vietnamese
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in tech and internet, B2B facing
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset with impeccable attention to detail
- Team Management and motivation experience.
