Digital Marketing Manager (5 Star Hotel)

· Assist Director of Sales and Marketing in developing and producing sales support materials for hotel (newsletters, brochures, mailers, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.)
· To participate developing new ideas such as special packages, programs, promotional activities undertaken by sales department and/or F&B
· Implementing marketing events and activities for Hotel and affiliate outlets to its successful promotions.
· To co-ordinate the advertising and promotions programs.
· To ensure all promotions will be communicated thoroughly to maximize the online and offline strategies
· Develop annually the plan for the Marketing activity of the property, aligned with the global strategy for Brand.
· Maintain good working relationships with local and international media and maintain current media lists: local and international travel, leisure, lifestyle, entertainment, business and food editors
· Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
· To follow the sales and marketing results on all promotion and advertising campaigns and propose corrective actions if needed.
· To follow up market trend and suggest necessary actions to DOSM

University graduate, with preference given to Marketing Communications.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analysis different business situations and come up with suggestions on handling the issues.
Good interpersonal skills.
Have experience in a similar capacity
Ability to communicate utilizing English.
Knowledge of local market and business practice.
