Digital Marketing Manager

Planning and executing marketing plans

Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, advertising on FB/ IG/ Tiktok, website, online advertising campaigns, e-commerce channels
Campaign report & weekly report with good knowledge in data tracking performance (Lead to close-ratio, Return on ad spend (ROAS), Cost per acquisition (CPA))
Other tasks assigned by line manager & department manager base on the company’s stage of development
Planning and executing digital marketing budgets
Collaborates with team members & provides advice to the marketing team about visual & content to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website and other online channels
Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the brand remains a good performance in the industry
Oversee the development of digital team
Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership

Experience in running Facebook ads, google ads, app
Fluent in English communication
Skills of planning and analysis
A strong love and interest in marketing
At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Manager level
Strong people management skill
Proficient use of tools to help measure the effectiveness of Digital Marketing
Degree in digital MKT or related field
Understanding online environments: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Viber...
