Digital Marketing & PR Staff

Manage Digital activities: Online ad, Website update, Fan-page Management (40%):
- In charge of Advertising & Digital Communication for products & marketing campaign, online performance analysis, LEAD management & KPI setting from Online to Offline to support sales activities
- Update content on MMV website, Fanpage, Youtube
- Handle quarterly and yearly “Plan-Do-Check-Act” (PDCA) digital campaign, improvement plans for incoming campaigns
Work with agencies for Marketing plan, Advertising & Digital communication of products (20%):
Support Dealers activities in sales, marketing activities & related tasks (10%) - Supervise dealers’ online & Ads activities implementation
- Train new dealers about CRM systems, functions…
PR activities (10%)
- Customers and competitor analysis: Update news, customers feedbacks on SNS/forum, social monitoring, etc.
- Contents development & PDCA

- Knowledge: Good knowledge of digital marketing & online performance analysis for car brand: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), LEAD management; Knowledge in Automotive field (preferrable)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing
- Required skills:
• Presentation and PC skills (MS office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Other (if any): Willingness to go for business trip, B2-class driving license (preferrable)
• Good command of English
