Digital Marketing Specialist

Your main duty is to ensure a superior digital experience for our customers, through these main channels:

- Digital Retail
- Social Media Channels
- Digital Advertising

You will perform the duty above through the following:
• Plan, supervise, and execute D’art Chocolate’s digital marketing plan across our 3 main platform: Shopify website, Facebook, & Google. Expanding, when necessary, into additional digital platforms such as Instagram, Zalo, shopee, foody, etc

• Manage the current website – www.dartchocolate.com

• Plan, and produce a promotional and social content plan for each month

• Run ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.

• Lead the digital team of creative designers, and social writers, to ensure all digital campaigns are completed on time and budget - Keeping a strong management of 3 key aspects:

o Timing – a project timeline and responsibility chart to ensure internal and external teams know when and what they need to be involved in.

o Costing – a forecast and actual cost sheet to request for budget for all projects, especially ad spend

o Reporting and Optimisation – reporting via Google Analytics, Facebook Reports, and Shopify sales reports, to present a clear analysis on our e-commerce sales and social traffic, as well as realistic optimization plan.

• Continually work on your knowledge of e-commerce trends and tools

1. Education and Experience
• Must have some verbal and good written English
• Digital experience is a must – agency or client-side experience is preferred
• Good organisation skills – ability to use Microsoft word/Excel/powerpoint to plan and communicate remotely is necessary.

• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customers

• Must have good communication skills - verbal and written, bilingual - English / Vietnamese. Ability to communicate effectively with partners and colleagues from English and Vietnamese backgrounds
• Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment, effectively under pressure. Be flexible with availability – some weekend work and travel required
• Team - must be able to work in a team environment and have a positive attitude. Ability to build effective and positive working relationships with suppliers, colleagues and customers
