Mô tả công việc

People Management

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance user satisfaction.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve user experience.
Manage and engage with users and customers across digital platforms.
Foster strong relationships with the online community through regular interaction and engagement.

Post Article Management

Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
Schedule and publish articles across various digital platforms.
Edit and proofread articles to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
Create and manage engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, and website copy.

Digital Channel Management

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy and execution.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEM, SEO, and display advertising.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support and enhance digital marketing initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and analytics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision- making.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience in the tech industry or working with SaaS products.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Self- motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
