This role requires a bright individual, a self- motivated, hard- working, and enthusiastic team member with a passion for the Digital Marketing & Advertising industry. The suitable candidate is required to have strong Excel & PowerPoint skills as well as a very keen eye for detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting
Propose campaign optimization based on findings in the data
Extract and compile data from various reporting platforms
Campaign Monitoring and Optimizing
Implement ongoing optimization of live campaigns
Coordinate with Digital Media partners in setting up Digital Media campaigns
Coordinate creative assets and track URLs
Manage all end- of- month financials and reconciliation
Analysis of Data: Perform analysis of live or historical campaigns in order to find trends in the data to improve the performance of future campaigns
Others
Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills
Work with Client Service, Creative and Content teams for the successful delivery of campaigns
Keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects
Assist with advertising creative development
Work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Background: Bachelor in Marketing/ Media
Experience
At least 1- 2,5 years of experience as a Digital Executive
Experience in agencies is highly preferred
At least 1,5 years of experience in the Digital Marketing field
Knowledge:
Have knowledge related to Marketing/ Media
GTM & Google Data Studio
DSP (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
Advertising Serving Technologies
Thorough understanding of all Advertising platforms, especially on SEM, Facebook, Ads, Programmatic, and App campaign
Skills
Clear communicator
Strong Excel skills
Be able to make plans, projected KPI, and proposals for in- house Media
Be able to execute tasks on their own initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Focused and highly organized
Personality/ Attitude
