Digital Specialist (Project Management)

Project Management:
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
• Apply a project management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
• Support the embedding of change into a sustainable standing organization (linked to culture).
• Track and report issues.
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor project progress.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Develop short term and long-term roadmap/implementation plan for digital projects with overview and detail integration model
Stakeholder Engagement/Management:
• Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout transformation lifecycle
• Define effective stakeholder engagement plan.
• Advise on and monitor senior stakeholder management (to secure Leadership engagement).
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Communication:
• Design and develop a communications strategy that includes the development of a full-year plan and calendar in cooperation with the Leadership Team to support all functional change programmes.
• Initiate ad-hoc communication efforts when necessary.
• Create and prepare actionable communication towards different stakeholders.
• Support Leadership Team and Project Teams in aligning communication on strategy-vision and deliverables.
• Development and execution of communications programmes for special change projects.

• English – Advanced spoken and written
• Practical experience in project management or similar positions is a plus.
• Knowledge about and at best experience with project management is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
• A solid understanding of digital technology for project implementation and the change processes.
• Degree in information technology, system management or other related fields
• Deep knowledge of technical deployment
• Power BI, Power App, AWS; Knowledge of Machine Learning, Statistics; Full life-cycle and/or Software as a Service (SAAS) deployment
