Digital Specilialist/manager

•Responsible in shaping the future of digital strategies for Vietnam, across multiple platforms
•Strategic direction, implementation, performance measurement and evolution across social, e-commerce and digital channels, lead Vietnam with a point of view on how to engage our consumers in the most meaningful way
•Oversee two teams of Interactive and Social producers focusing on leading product launches, extending local amplifications, and creating origination projects on website, and social avenues, as well as channel digital
•Work closely with creative leads and planner, ensure the flawless development and execution of communications across all digital channels in support of company business goals, across multiple channels
•Work with digital agencies to drive insights and to make strategic recommendations across all digital platforms
•Lead team with analytics and measurement to drive optimal campaign effectiveness.

•Demonstrated track record of leadership in agency or any organization
•A deep understanding and experienced in Interactive/Digital/Social space in Vietnam
•Highly developed skills in the application of digital engagement with customers across Vietnam
•Team player and able to navigate through highly matrixed organizations
•Attention to details and process, demonstrate a logical and well-organized approach to manage projects and process
•Solid experience in online marketing tools
•Bachelor degree in Marketing, Computer Science and relevant education background
•3 years and above working experience
