Digital/Ecommerce Project Executive

. Contribute to drive the development of project budgets, schedules and scopes of work – working with the Business Unites Team members to define deliverables and activities,
. Manage multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently and effectively

evolutions management
user acceptance testing
emailing campaign
website deployment

. Support the teams in adopting the tool / website (support & training)
. Facilitate approval process across deliverables, teams and third party partners,
. Partner with Project Management leads on larger initiatives,
. Manage creative resources both internal and external,
. Prepare and present regular status updates of all projects for review,

. Be the arbiter of process: defines roles and responsibilities clearly, leveraging experience to ensure work meets the client, customer and brand requirements and provides input to the internal team as needed
. Be a strong hands-on, rubber-meets-road type that can organize and operate multi-faceted projects
. Demonstrate a self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team,
. Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels
. Be active about high quality deliverables and creative execution,
. Show a clear ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills,
