- Conception and communication of strategies and campaigns to grow the existing business.
- Define the strategic Digital program roadmap to drive both the long-term and short-term initiatives to deliver against that roadmap.
- Reporting on weekly business performance to Management Team.
- Create, launch, monitoring and optimization of Media Channels to achieve targets based on Customer acquisition, Return on advertising spend and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Digital Performance Programs and maintain a high-standard of operational excellence.
- Work with tech & product teams to develop new tools & strategies to scale Digital Performance Marketing Campaigns.
- Hands-on analysis and manipulation of data to continuously improve conversion and CAC / ROI.
- Spearhead our A/B testing initiatives, from proposal, to analysis, and implementation.
- Communicating Digital Performance best practices to internal and external vendors.
