Manage project design
- Design schedule management.
- Prepare, develop and execute annual design action plan to complete all division’s goal and company’s targets.
- Select design consultants.
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the progress of the division plan in order to give timely solutions and mitigate all negative consequences.
- Document control.
- Master procurement.
- Ensuring the administration of Architectural projects is well managed, including the implementation of proper methods, tools and systems to ensure appropriate design coding, storage and retrieval of documentation.
- Develop an integrated system including design policies, rules, procedures and project advisory in order to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Ensure that all NLL practices and procedures meet the standards established and expected of the COEs.
- Work with government authorities to get approval of design management.
- Contract management of the consultants.
- Ensure that all design documentation and projects going out of the office have been thoroughly checked by all relevant authorized persons/committees.
- Prepare, develop and implement mid & long-term plan for the division to ensure the completion of the company mid & long-term goals.
- Manage design progress to meet project and legal requirements.
- Operation control of all Architectural projects ensuring that there are appropriate resources allocated for each project, each is schedules appropriately and milestones are met within expected timeframes.
- Develop an internal system to collect, analyze and evaluate input data in order to provide optimum solution/ mitigate and reduce arising issues in project master-plan design.
Control budget and operation
- Develop an annual personnel plan to meet the business targets/goals in order to come up with the proper operation budget
- Develop and control annual capital plan, design budget plan and cost plan of projects to ensure maximum cost effectiveness of the company.
Manage stakeholders
- Launch and manage relationships with key partners, JVs, consultants, suppliers.
- Coordinate with other Departments/Divisions like EC, COEs, ect..in NLG to meet clients’ demands and expectations.
- Build connection with local authorities and partners to update latest changes in design management, architecture, and tendering process.
- Support and coordinate with Legal division, R&D department, Construction and project management division, sale & marketing division to ensure approval of project documentation, profit margin of the company and satisfaction of customers.
