Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for:
Key Accountabilities
Ensure that Techcombank&039;s Financial Accounting policy is consistent with Techcombank&039;s system and comply with the provisions of the Law.
Develop an operational plan for the Financial Policy;
- Resource management (developing a staffing plan, coordinating human resources, training and developing the next team, building a mechanism for assigning, recording and evaluating the performance of employees,etc.) parts, ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained
- Organize and coordinate with units to implement approved programs and plans
- Manage and monitor the work progress of employees in the department to ensure compliance with the registered work deadlines.
- Guide and check the work performance of staff.
Support to train employees throughout the system on accounting, financial and accounting policies
Participating in/supporting the building of core banking system, implementing and guiding accounting on core banking software.
Perform other tasks as required by the Head of Accounting and Taxation, and the Group&039;s Chief FinancialOfficer.
Participating in/supporting the development of processes for units throughout the banking system.
Participating in the implementation of accounting and accounting projects at Techcombank, including large complex projects such as Treasury system, ERP, TB Platform….
Organize, manage, issue and guide accounting and financial policies for all units throughout Techcombanksystem to ensure compliance with the provisions of law (such as the Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Vietnam). country, Tax Authority, ...)
Ensure to maintain the Account mapping in compliance with the law on Corebanking software system andother software systems integrated with core banking
Ensure that Financial Policy&039;s external document archive is regularly updated for reference and policywriting.
Participating in the structure of complex deals including: Joining in leading debt trading deals, canceling debt trading, extending, discounting, closing debt trading deals in terms of money structure, coordination process accounting department, preparation of records, ...
Update and participate in training courses and programs on accounting and financial policies.
Signing for approval of payment vouchers, internal expenditures, import and export of valuable papers, and financial invoices as authorized by the General Director.
Coordinate with consulting and support units to handle issues related to State Bank inspection, TaxInspector, and Independent Audit related to Financial Accounting Policy
Participating in/supporting the development of other ancillary software systems integrated with core banking. Instructions for accounting integration between software systems, instructions for accounting on new software systems, instructions for data conversion when using the new system.

- Enable team members’ professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
