- Provides infrastructure technology vision, leadership and standardisation and this in close relation with product head cloud, distributed and Integration:
+ Formalises and writes the vision: executive notes, evangelisation deck, strategy document…
+ Defines Cloud, distributed and integration Product Technology Strategy in support of Group IT strategy.
+ Owns and defines the cloud, distributed and integration content of the Group Target Architecture.
+ Approves and contributes to end-to-end solution design in collaboration with Product Engineering to provide the overall product architecture, and ensure that its design is consistent with Group Operations standards and good practices.
+ Facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing between technical experts in FTEL cloud team.
- Defines design patterns.
- Create high level design document and guidelines of the Cloud infrastructure and platform. Direct team to detail level design of the cloud infrastructure and platform.
- Manages and contributes to Product Governance & Architecture Community.
- Watches market and maintain strategic vendors relationships.
- Driving revenue and growing market share in defined territory.
- Develop an enterprise account solution strategy at all levels – business units to C-suite.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Migrate customer services all levels to the cloud.
- Identification and prioritisation of opportunities in the field. Developing and driving strategies to win opportunities.
- Working with Azure/AWS/VMware pre-sales/tech to drive alignment and knowledge of each Cloud solution and technologies to facilitate broad sales growth in assigned region.
- Developing and driving strategies to win opportunities.
- Build and Manage the partner channels.
- Recruit technical and expert teams.
- Provide guidance and support to the creation of business and marketing plans.
