DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Implement rate structure and pricing strategies with the Revenue Manager
Ensure that the PMS is updated regularly in accordance with Operating Procedures.
Maintain up to date on-line public relations photo file for inclusion in applicable releases.
Develop annual revenue plans, marketing budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume.
Design plans and materials for promotions and public relations
Develop a Social Media Marketing strategy and implement
Work with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Brand Marketing team.
Develop beneficial relationships with industry partners, and Wyndham Hotels and resorts Global Sales Offices
Attend and Represent Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Cam Ranh in local and international tradeshows
Establish and maintain relationships with customers on long term basis

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Vietnamese
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5 years of experience in the same position in a Hotel or Resort.
Solid Vietnam feeder market network
Strong Leadership skills.
