DOSM is responsible for maximizing sales revenue by managing retail distribution system and supervising international market corporate activities. He/she also takes care off marketing & communication strategy, including but not limited to: product, pricing, market and client portfolio management.

* JOB DESCRIPTION
Maximize sales revenue
The DOSM will not directly manage Hanoia retail stores, but a portfolio of distributors who sell Hanoia products and in such role, he will deal with:
• Monitoring sales revenue and work with distributor representatives to find out corrective actions (if need be)
• Analyzing data regarding sales, markets, competitors… to develop distributor portfolio
• Building distributor management system: sales process, stores standards (type of store, location, area, Visual merchandising, staff uniform…) and supervise the implementation
• Organizing regular OTB (Open- to- buy) session for distributor representatives:
+ Lead the preparation of OTB session (samples preparation, place, tools…)
+ Work with distributor representative to determine ex-work pricing (pricing for distributor)
+ Negotiate minimal annual buying budget
+ Present new collection samples and entice distributors to buy
Supervise white brand activities
In Hanoia, white brand is defined as products processed by Hanoia for international brands. In this role, the DOSM will:
• Work with White brand team to determine annual target and method to explore new markets as well as approach new clients.
• Supervise white brand team. Provide necessary support to maximize sales revenue.
Determine marketing & communication strategy, including:
Brand positioning and product strategy:
• Collaborate with Collection, Art design, Development & Sourcing teams to define brand positioning, in terms of:
+ Product performance: product attribute/ quality
+ Packaging
+ Price
+ Product concept: product name/ features/ benefits
+ Place: location & coverage
+ Customers experience and the brand messages to customers
• Work with Collection and Sales teams to define product portfolio and strategy:
+ Determine role of different kind of products: permanent, seasonal…
+ Determine product type, collection composition, value or volume driven products…
+ Determine core target customers
Build up, manage and execute all the marketing campaign
• Supervise and monitor marketing/ communication agencies to implement the plan within allocated budget
• Based on marketing & communication strategy, suggest yearly/ occasional Marcom plan
