Director of Sales & Marketing

- Manage the Sales & Marketing Department effectively to achieve the budgeted top line revenue for the property.

- Be accountable for guest room, catering/banquet and others revenues as the General Manager’s request. 

- Be responsible for maximizing profitability for the property and ensuring delivery of outstanding quality service for all customers. 

- Work closely with revenue management and marketing functions, to develop strategies to maximize the REVPAR and set up as well as grow market share. 

- Be further responsible for the development of the annual sales & marketing budget, as well as ensuring forecast accuracy in conjunction with the revenue management.

- The detailed job description will be discussed in the interview with the Management Board.

- University/ College Degree in related job field or equivalent certificates/ diplomas.

- Fluent English and other basic/ communicative foreign languages (French, Chinese, Russian)

- Knowledge & Professional Skill in the required field, Leadership & Management Skill, Staff – Motivation Skill, Problem solving Skill, Customer Service & Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Effective Communication Skill.

- Be organized, detail oriented, dynamic, creative & passionate in leading, working & developing team members; have good attitude, team work building rapport, positive thinking and take challenges to work under pressure with can-do commitment.
