Mô tả công việc

Produce, implement and monitor action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.
Produce the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Sales and Marketing budgets and forecasts.
Analyse current and potential markets/trends, coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
Procure new and repeat business for the hotel monitoring contact with Airlines, Travel Agencies, Commercial Houses, Private Clubs and Professional Associations within local, domestic and international markets. Maintain contact with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
Create and implement special programmes to achieve greater productivity through
Increasing local Food & Beverage and Banquet Sales.
Enhancing the image of the hotel in the local community.
Increasing average rate
Increasing business volume during difficult periods
Increasing overall occupancy
Interacts with worldwide Regional Sales Offices with particular attention to local office.
Ensure training needs analysis of sales staff is carried out and training programmes are designed and implemented to meet needs.
Assign proper KPIs to all sales staff and make sure that the kpi are met
Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
Develop and implement formal training plans for Sales department personnel and assist with Sales Training of other departments in the hotel.
Meet with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize and attend major Sales/Public Relations related functions within the hotel.
Recommend to the General Manager and coordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
Review regularly that internal promotion pieces for visual effect conform with standards are up to date.
Conduct weekly reviews of sales personnel activity to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.
Ensure the hotel is represented as an active member of the local community through association membership.
Conduct forecast meeting with reservation and banquet department and other key personnel in the resort
Carry out personnel related duties to include but not limited to: interviewing, induction, appraising, coaching, counselling and where necessary, disciplining to ensure staffing and productivity as appropriate. Consult with General Manager, Department Heads and Personnel Manager as appropriate in performing above duties.
Attend major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel.
Direct all sales activities for Sales Managers and Executives to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue.
Plan and execute sales trip to major market areas.
Produce monthly Sales reports and forecasts.
Establish and continuously update mailing lists.
Review regularly activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure targets and Sales objectives are being met.
Organize and promote, in cooperation with the Food & Beverage Department special projects to stimulate Food & beverage sales within the community, including, but not limited to, tournaments, balls, parties, gastronomic festivities, etc.
Recommend to General Manager the kind of advertising which will be most productive for the hotel by analyzing the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with other Department Heads and the Advertising Agency.
Investigate potential markets by:
- Analyzing guest history and registration card files.
- Reviewing Sales Department and Front Office correspondence files.
- Analyzing competition&039;s sales/promotion efforts.
- Reviewing government statistics on visitors to the city.
- Studying various reference and industry publications for sales leads.
- Studying guest questionnaires.
Conduct daily and weeklly sales operation briefing with all sales personnel in Hoi An and other destinations - HCMC and Hoi An
Coordinate with the photographer for photoshoot of the resort; Prepare a professional brochure and all collaterals within the guideline of Wyndham.
Constantly monitor Facebook, instagram, google, zalo and youtube account and proper action required to be take to enhance maximum exposure of the resort.
Prepare pre-opening marketing plan.
Review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the hotel in the local and national media.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Strong skilled and experienced in 5 star hotels/ resorts in Sales & Marketing Director position;
- Job for both Vietnamese and Expat candidates who worked in Vietnam at least for 3 years
- Young and dynamic;
